Horrible as usual... I've never had a satisfying situation occur from these people that are suppose to be working for us...I'm trying to get my tax transcripts for school...BIG DEAL...this is my second time getting rejected because they were on break or they closed earlier than normal...I was told they close between 4 and 430...which is it? That was last week...just left from there at 2:55...I'm the only one in there...and she refuses to help bc she's ABOUT to go to break at 3.....AMERIKKKA!
