Food was great, but it seemed like our server was playing hide and seek with us. She's probably still hiding now.
Totally suck... Last time was over a year ago we thought maybe new management... Our daughter was there this weekend and was totally disappointed as we were... Never again at the Rome location
I have never received such horrible service at any restaurant I've ate at. I've always ordered my drinks before I order my food. It took around 25 minutes before I received my first drink and appetizer. The blooming onion batter wasn't cooked all the way. By the time I was ready to order my food I was ready to go. So, I ordered my food to go. Even though I smiled and was polite about everything that had went on, the waitress mumbled under her breath as she walked away. I understand everyone has bad days but it was truly an horrible experience for a anniversary dinner. Never will I go back! Thanks Outback!
Food is terrible and very overpriced
Great service, clean and perfectly prepared food. 5 stars for performing exactly as advertised! (And really clean restrooms too!)
