These guys were great!!! Not only did I get a kick-ass bike for a kick-ass price, the employees are pedal-pumpers too so they know what they are talking about. Great customer service and I recommend to all.
Second attempt to go spend money at this place. Found close during regular business hours again. Upset because this was the only reason I went down town today.

The guy I delt with was knowledgeable and helpful. He texted me when my order came in just like he said he would. The store may not always be opened at the time it says (and it looks like they forget to change the sign on the door to 'closed' when they aren't there) but the guy made sure to meet me at the store to hand me my small order even after they we're officially closed. All told, I was very happy with them.
And if they don't have it they will order it.
