Got my car clean-ish. It's not like if it has been handwashed but it worked in a pinch when I parked my car under some trees and as a result lots of birds made a huge mess of my car. Like the free vacuums.
I will never go to this business again.
I live in East Rome and normally use the Goo Goo car wash on N. Broad. Had an errand in West Rome, so tried it out. I paid the same I pay at Goo Goo: the basic wash for $6. When I got to the vacuum lanes I noticed that my wheels had not been cleaned at all. They looked horrible. I told the guy in charge and he said I must have gotten the $6 wash and that I'd have to buy a higher priced wash to get wheel cleaning. So, I asked if he had any paper towels. He said he had towels for $1. Geez...Goo Goo does a great job on wheels for the same $6 and they provide free towels! If I lived in West Rome, I would definitely bypass this place and get a better wash value at Goo Goo.
Went through the wash and my shark fin was broken off during the wash. Bottom line, the manager told me that it must have been previously damaged and the dryers blew it off. They have no intentions of paying for the damage which is $250.00.
Be very aware of the destruction of this carwash. Getting my car washed today and the Machine ripped passenger and driver side door trim off, one completely the other half off. I tried to speak to the manager about the issue he would not give me his name nor the owners name so I could file a claim. Please note the name of this car wash is now zippy car wash in West Rome not hurricane bay car wash.
