Love Badcock Beautiful Furniture and nice people
We were surprised to find multiple things we liked at the same store. Prices were high, but became reasonable with the sale prices. Probably would not buy much here not on sale.
When I call the store to make a payment, I am always told that they are to busy with other customers and they tell me to call back later... only to get the same again. So, now, I have a late fee attached and they are unwilling to do anything about it. This is not the first time it has happened. I can't always go to the store as I love in another town. As for online bill pay... You have to put in your account number every single time and I don't always have it on me.
Spent nearly an hour in the store with no help. The prices for the quality of furniture was ridiculous as well.
