Dean and Joey were absolutely wonderful and complete professionals. They were courteous and answered all my questions.
Had a nasty backed up pipe to septic problem. Joey & Dean got there that same day, got right to work, quickly identified the problem & fixed in a short amount of time. They were very friendly, super professional & reasonably priced. I will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing problems.

We have a person with alzheimers who flushed flushed something down the toilet. I called them and the men they sent were kind and professional. They did a great job and were reasonably priced. I would use them again if I need a plumber
Came out and checked my hot water heater problem and stated they didn't know what the problem was and left. Got a bill for the call anyway. After being told that someone would come out and take another look at it they decided a phone call would suffice. The call was to tell me they would come out and replumb the heaters, replace the elements and replace the thermostats. They couldn't fix the problem so they would just change everything they could think of to fix it. I told them I wasn't interested in using them any longer. I worked as an equipment service technician for 20 years and understand the difficulties that come in diagnosing problems sometimes. I also know customer service and that was totally lacking here.
