Couldn't barley even understand what was said and got nothing I needed done, done.

Wait on hold for too long.thats the only issue i have.
They marked my packages as delivered in mailbox, although they actually left them on my door step. One of the packages was stolen because of this. The worker I got over the phone didn't seem to care.
This is the third time the mail person didn't put my package in my mail box and it ended up on ground! Why? I'm sure you wouldn't want your mail delivered like this! I've said something more than three times and no one does a thing! Bs
