After being told by Rome's Yamaha dealer that they were so busy they wouldn't even change the tire on my R6, I called these guys. They told me to bring it in and they'd do it while I waited. 30 minutes later it was finished. Great service, was treated very well by all the staff I came into contact with. Browsed around their floor while I was there. They seem to have a lot of ATV/off-road inventory which I think is mostly the market here in NW GA. Did have a couple of sport bikes as well and some good looking cruisers. I'm sure they can pull inventory from other places if need be. Will definitely bring my R6 back if I need any repairs/service that I can't do myself. Thanks guys!
SLOW as Christmas and very poor communication habits with the customer. Service is great once they finally get around to doing it. Slow part is understandable as long as they would communicate. It gets a little old when you have to contact the dealer after 1 to 2 weeks and still no completion of the task.
These folks are wonderful! They treat you like family. Their mechanic, Eddie Harris, has to be the best mechanic I've ever met. I believe that he's able to fix anything that runs, from a blender to a jet engine. LOL. I like to stop by on a regular basis just to say hello. Seriously, the hospitality can't be outdone.
