We were traveling through the state with a fifth wheel when the brake lines blew on our truck. After we got both units towed to the dealership they helped us park on the lot with electric and water. They made our truck and our comfort their priority. They gave us a car to use at no cost and we were on the road the next day. Very friendly and helpful people. I would travel to have them work on our Truck in the future.
My husband went up there and sat for hours just to get an oil change done and have his cruise control fixed. He was told by Todd that if my car was brought up there before 2pm today that they could get the steering wheel wiring recall done on my car. I got there before 2 and was told nope they close at 3pm and there was only a skeleton crew there. Conveniently Todd was nowhere to be found. How are people that live in another county, have full time jobs, have kids, etc supposed to get things done? Sure next time I'll wake up at the butt crack of dawn and bring my 2 whiney sick kids in to fit this unbelievable critieria. How about you keep the sales and service fully staffed until 5pm at least on a Saturday? So fed up with the dodge dealerships in this area, their sales and service departments are a joke. After today I'm about ready to hawk my car and say buy Felicia to dodge dealerships.
9 am appointment for a simple oil change, dragged out for over 90 mins. What a joke. My time and patronage are much too valuable. I can find another place to service my autos
Never again, gave them a second chance to earn my business back, supposed new management, same old game playing, sales person was not only unprofessional but childish. If they treat disabled veterans this way, hate to see how they treat others.
We purchased our first car today and I cannot say enough great things about this dealership or our salesman, John! We were immediately greeted, he didn’t try to sell us on any vehicles we weren’t interested in, he helped us pick the best vehicle at the best price for us, and he was super friendly and polite. We felt very confident in our purchase and left the lot knowing everything about the Jeep that we needed to know about the technology inside! We plan to upgrade our second car in a year or so, and we will Definitely be returning to this location! The floor manager Michael and the financed Jason were both extremely helpful and nice as well!!
