I have used CPR Rome GA several times. They have repaired one thing with no issues. They repaired a TV, the work was completed successfully, however it was not done in the time stated it would take. It took an additional week. Now they have had my tablet for over a month, I had to pay for the repair up front, I was told to give them 10 days. A month later, I am having to chase down an explanation and have been getting conflicting stories from multiple employees. Finally I have been asked to pick up the tablet and get a refund because the work can't be completed. I am rating as 3 stars because they are friendly and somewhat helpful, but very disappointed.
This is the worst customer service I have ever had in my life! They have had my tablet for two weeks and just give me the run around when I call. They say they will call me back and then they shut off their phones. They get their parts off of eBay and then overcharge customers! Not once have I gotten an apology or any consideration for how long they are taking. They actually scoffed at me when I said they are acting like they just don't care about customer service. I don't know how these people are staying in business. I just hope I can get a refund and get my tablet back before they cause even more damage to it.
This place is awesome! Super professional and genuinely care about fixing your phone. They understand the inconvenience of not having a phone. Would highly recommend CPR!
i should not be here as often as i have been but this is the one place I am not happy going to but leave happy. Quick service and great customer service.
