I was looking forward to getting my haircut at this location today and the Stylists acted like she wasn’t in the mood to be at work! She didn’t smile or act friendly at all. I was asking her questions about color and such and she acted like it was a bother to answer anything I asked. Guess what! I said to myself, its time to leave up out of here and I won’t be coming back!
Our mom is in her 80's & has Alzheimers. We love her lots, but there are times when dealing with everyday things, like getting her hair cut, are difficult. Having already left 2 salons that morning, we tried Fantastic Sams. Not only did Geri give her a wonderful, easy care style that suits her well, she treated our mother with respect & kindness. Everybody was great; Robin, the receptionist, was particularly understanding having experience with a family member. They even turned the music off (I'd asked if it could be turned down a bit). Needless to say, I will tell everyone about this salon & the exceptional people who work there. Thank you Geri & everyone else!
