Went to get my sons haircut at 10:45 on a Friday no one was there
Don't bother. I walked in the door to get my hair cut and the lady working immediately said, 'How many? I close soon.' Nice customer service lady, I'm a good tipper.
Scheduling is horrible. I went online to make reservation (because you can't just walk in). The website said no wait time. Then when I got there at my appt time I still had to wait 45 minutes. This happened AGAIN today and after waiting 15 minutes and no sign of getting our turn anytime soon, we just walked out. If you can get a turn, the service is fine. But don't plan on getting in/out of this place in under an hour... Even if it's a quick "guy" haircut no frills.
Management has changed and so has some stylists. Customers are first at this location. They are buckling down on this location. When you have bad leadership, you have bad behaviors. Change is definitely taking place here. Give it a second chance. Better service and things are improving.
Looked it up on Google and it said they opened at 9 am. Hot there at 10 am and no one there. The lady walked across the parking lot and said the door does not open automatically. Such attitude. She was late and took it out in her customer. This place needs help or just close. I can't wait to see how well my friend's hair comes out.
