Wi-Fi is sluggish but never gave out, rooms are clean but decor is a tad dated. Shower in 216 didn't drain so you have ankle deep water after a few minutes. Asking to have it looked at didn't make a difference.
Not too satisfied with the visit we have stayed with them several times. And I've always had a good experience this time they allowed other people to enjoy the pool that was not guest and then we asked the front desk about it and he just lies to us. When you pay this kind of money you expect to get what you are told. This one here in Rome is not one that I will stay at again.
Great value! I thought with the lower price it would be too good to be true but it was lovely. The rooms were clean and the free breakfast was good. Great customer service too.
Just an average hotel. Can't take baths though in the bathroom. Service is decent too. Complimentary breakfast is average. You may find negatives however overall it is an okay hotel.
Nice looking and comfortable hotel, has everything you'd need. Comfy bed, tv, fridge, microwave, full bathroom, good AC. I was one of only a few guests here so it was strange not having anyone else around
