THANK YOU, OUTPATIENT TEAM!!!!!!

I have been to Redmond twice in past year for surgery and have found them to be superior in every way. Friendly, professional, very caring and attentive. Everyone from the checkin ladies to the Nurses, technicians, NP's and PA's were very attentive and helpful. Betty Silvers was such a big help and comfort in keeping my family informed of everything going on at each step of the way. Dr. Bob Knight and Jeff did a great job taking care of me while under anesthesia. Everyone I encountered went out of their way to see that I was well cared for. My sincere thanks to all for such quality care and caring.

I recently had to have surgery at Redmond's Outpatient Services. It was an excellent experience. Due to various health concerns, I've had to have surgery 3 times in the past 3 years. Each was a different type of surgery requiring a different surgeon, so I have been to Floyd Outpatient, some facility in Marietta, and this week - Redmond.

My husband Was sent to ER by Harbin Clinic for asymptotic EKG have been sitting in the waiting room for 6 hours. Have yet to see a Dr. used to love Redmond. I am very disappointed in the service. I was under the impression that chest pains should be taken serious.

Last night brought my daughter into the ER due to a high fever, they took us back immediately at first to check her weight, temperature etc. Then sent us back in the waiting room to end up waiting for 2 hours to see a doctor, we finally got a room and waited about 30 mins to find out our nurse is HORRIBLE with kids, she held my 9 month old down, pinched her little red cheeks together BLEW in her face and poured medicine in her mouth!! My baby choked and spit it out! I don't blame her! Then she left and the doctor comes in about (God knows 1 hour later?) Wasn't the best service I regret bringing my daughter there, don't ever bring your baby here!!! Bring your elderly family, it's good for old people, but not kids! I'd suggest Gordon or Floyd for kids. Redmond you let me down! I will not bring my children here ever again.

My husband had a very difficult and challenging heart surgery at Redmond, performed by Drs. Parsa and Goldfadden. After a two day stay in ICU, we moved out to the third floor for 14 more days. I can never say enough about the care and attention we received from the nurses, techs and cardio rehab folks. We were always made to feel like we were the only people on the floor when in reality, there were no empty beds! The nurses kept us informed about what they were doing and what we could expect. Their attitude toward us made our very long stay much more bearable.

Redmond went above and beyond to ensure I had the best possible care. I can say without exaggeration that Redmond was by FAR the best place I have been. At Floyd, I had minimal care and downright RUDE nurses. In Marietta, they were professional, but it was obvious their top priority was getting me out the door and out of their way.

If you need a hospital for ANYTHING, I would recommend Redmond 10 out of 10 times. They were amazing.

That extra personal attention may seem small, but, as I said, I've had surgery 3 times recently and had bad experiences. There's nothing like waking up in pain to a nurse that is rude to you (hence why I will NOT return to FLOYD) or feeling like you don't matter (Marietta). Redmond's team went the extra mile and that means a lot. I hope I don't have to have surgery in the near future, but when I do, I will certainly schedule it at Redmond.

The nurses were kind and attentive, the doctors answered all my questions and were reassuring, and even the team members that simply moved me from one room to another were amazingly kind. I especially want to thank the anesthesiologist for being so attentive. I cannot remember any of your names, but you all made me feel much better.

At Redmond, they were not only incredibly professional, they were also very CARING. They seemed genuinely concerned with me, with how I was feeling, and with making sure my family was comfortable and kept up-to-date. I not only had the best medical care, but the best personal care, as well.
